Browning tips and curling edges of leaves

I was about to water and I saw that the leaves have a slight curling and small brown tips. I havenāt fed any nutrients since the 17th at a ph of 6.78 thatās 5 days ago and also watered 460ml as she was looking thirsty ph of 6.37. Itās only just started to show, help appreciatedš
