Its been a couple of days (3-4) and I havent noticed any growth in the plant. The stem seems to be quite thin and weak. What do you think it could be?

That is normal. A seed contains limited energy. The seed sends out a tap root and then sends up a stem and two cotyledon (false) leaves and that is about all the seed has energy for. So after those two false leaves (and maybe starts on first true leaves) are set the seed has run out of energy and the plant must make it's own. It's visible (above ground growth) slows for a few days as it adjusts to making it's own energy and develops it's roots. This only lasts a few days and it will soon resume showing visible growth.

It takes time. lols. They dont do much for first two weeks it seems. Dont worry its normal. Never seen a seed planted in clay balls before thou, so cant say if that has anything to do with it or not. But if its growing and looks happy then leave it alone and give it time.

Hey Growmie, It actually looks like a normal seedling to me, once the roots are established you'll begin to see the difference. Feel free to shoot me a holler if you ever need any help, I'd be honored to assist you. Hopefully, this was helpful, and remember ... "Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time".
