Yep too much water. She is drowning. Less is better. Try to get her thirsty and dont water right on the stem, water it around so her root system growing larger :)

It looks stretched and overwatered, try to give her water only when needed and put the light a little bit closer to her not to stretch

She looks pretty good just a lil over watering besides that she's about right ✅️ Good luck
