Yep too much water. She is drowning. Less is better.
Try to get her thirsty and dont water right on the stem, water it around so her root system growing larger :)

Hey guys! started week 5! She’s looking great, nice and healthy. I’m concerned with the amount of roots growing out the bottom of the pot, should I be worried about this? Or would this be where the roots self prune and this encourages more root growth within the pot? Thanks!Week 5
