In my opinion, it seems like over-fertilization since the tips of the leaves are burned. This can cause a blockage in the plant's ability to absorb nutrients, leading to deficiencies in other micronutrients. Recommendation: Apply a watering with just water, 2-3 liters (depending on the size of the pot) with an EC = 0.5 and pH = 6.3. With that amount of water, it will definitely drain a bit, then measure the EC and pH of the drainage water, and if the EC is too high, you should reduce the amount of fertilizer; if it's too low, you should increase it, and the same goes for the pH.
