Runoff in coco?

Hi! I have a question when to start watering in Coco until runoff? I'm quite new to coco😅 Big thanks for help!!👊

I water /feed to run off from day 1 allowing the coco to dry out between feeds for the first 6-8 weeks , the first two weeks I have them in a 250ml free draining pot then move them into a 5 litre pot for the next two weeks , then into their 25 litre forever homes .

Stunted or Not - How to tell?What constitutes a stunt when it's your first time out and have very little reference of a non stunted seedling? Attached pictures are 6 days from when I wet the seeds, 1 day after transfer to soil as I sprouted inside rapid rooters.

Big difference of flowering between 4 plants (same DWC)The first plant has brown pistils, the 2d &3rd white pistils and reasonable volume, the 4th is at least 2W behind! Do I have to cut all at the same time? Sharing same DWC, diseases risks to harvest progressively and let roots only?

Letting the pot sit on runoff water.I've been letting the runoff on the little plates below on the pot. I've read yesterday that it was a bad idea and i should remove the runoff and let plates dry. So just to confirm. I shouldn't let the plants sit on the runoff water? Correct? Maybe this been causing my probs.

Have i been treating photoperiods like autos? The guy said it said auto on pkg but the ads are different depending where. 11 weeks now.Have i been treating Photoperiods like autoflowers? This may explain the weird grow at least partly. If you click on the Barneys Farm thing and strain name, you will get details and doesnt say autoflower anywhere, jusr femanized. There are different ads for this one.
