Late flowering and big structure

Im worried , the chocolope is not 42 days old and still no sign of pre flowering 😱.Plus its getting so big , i struggle to manage the size even after HST , i defoliate and the next day it looks like i never touched her , i think it will take too much space, should i kill her ?

Try 12/12 maybe they have swapped it and its a photoperiod 😊

What could cause a Gelato to grow only popcorn buds?This is, luckily, not my plant but the sister of my Gelato Auto which for a long time did not want to grow. The pictured one did, but ver strangely: Thin, weak, extremely long branches carrying a multitude of popcorn buds. Grower is experienced. Any ideas about the cause?

Feed chart and flowering time on cultivar check I am 7 weeks from flipping to 12-12. Strain calls for 8-9 week flower. Buds look small, cropsalt telling to change the feed for last two weeks. I want to delay the switch by one week. Keep feeding regular and switch next week. Thoughts?

Yield ?3 gorilla yield 180/250/280 wet. Did you think i harvested it too early ? ( day 63, didnt have microscope,trichomes with my phones and look like 20/30% amber ). One gorilla plant yield 250g wet just after harvest, but after one day of drying, she weight 90g, its normal? Thanks
