Certainly it's a bug.
Looks like thrip or spidermites.
I would buy some neem oil and spray the plant. Worked every time for me.
If you feel you can improve air flow and temperature don't hesitate as those parameters can attract bugs if not in check.

I can say for sure that’s not thrips , thrips leaves some shiny spots on the leafes. But don’t know what’s the issues

Slow Growth and Leaf IssuesTransplanted outdoors over a week ago and have noticed slow growth and new leaves have little holes and yellow spots on them. I've checked for bugs but can't see anything. Green spots on the leavesI came back from a three week holiday and noticed some leaves have green spots scattered all over them.
The plant only had water and no nutrients for two weeks.
Is this due to nutrient deficiency? Or should I be worried?

Powdery mildewOne of my girls (Blueberry sunset) started to develop some powdery mildew on some lower leafs, since this picture I treated with a mix of dish soap, baking soda and vegetable oil mixed into a gallon of water.
