A couple of my fan leaves look like this. Is it thrip?

Certainly it's a bug.
Looks like thrip or spidermites.
I would buy some neem oil and spray the plant. Worked every time for me.
If you feel you can improve air flow and temperature don't hesitate as those parameters can attract bugs if not in check.

I can say for sure that’s not thrips , thrips leaves some shiny spots on the leafes. But don’t know what’s the issues

Leaves on one side are dying but don't feel crunchy.Due to slight nutrient burn problems I've given this plant less nutrients than usual.
But last week the leaves on one side of the plant were hanging and dying off.
They don'y feel crunchy and don't break off when you touch them. But they're thin.5 years ago

Brown/copper spots random and throughout the canopy.So beginning of week 9 I started notice some browing/copper spots on random leafs throughout the plant. One of my plants (picture included in week 2) seems to have something wrong with it as shown by the white lines/bright discoloration on the leaves and new growths. The leaves themselves also seem to have a thinner shape compared to the other 2 plants. Is this cause for concern?Week 2
