Can't help much but when I need detailed info or review I email my favorite grow shop.
They also sell that item and they usually try everything they sell as they are growers themselves. Try emailing them ;)

Is it safe to tweak your light cycle times when you flip?I'm getting ready to flip and was hoping to adjust the cycle time when I do. My light is currently on from midnight to 6pm, but would like to switch to 9am-9pm or 11am-11pm to better align with my schedule. Am I safe to adjust or should I keep it at 12am-12pm when I flip?
