I can't really tell if they are curling down or up. So, I'll give you my thoughts on both:
If the bud leaves are curling down, it means the plant might be over watered or have root rot. Over watering is easy to deal with, as you just don't water for a few days. Or, until you stick your finger in the soil and it isn't very moist throughout most of the medium.
If it is root rot, that really sucks. You'll have to take away all the dirt from around the roots and try to carefully cut out all the rot. Every last little root or tip needs to be cleared out. After that, put it in all new soil, in a new bucket/pot.
If the leaves are curling up, it may be a sign of heat stress or a nutrient toxicity.
Heat stress is easy, you just move your light up a little. Or, move that plant to a spot where the par isn't as high.
If it is a toxicity, just use water for a few days and hope it starts putting those stored nutrients to work.
