I agree with the other below, A bit of fotailing. I had some of this on my autos outdoors this year, for me it was caused by heat and water stress, not having enough water when hot and then to much when I got home from work and could water them finally.
It is also late into its life on 13weeks I feel. I kept my one auto diary going past this time frame but only because it was making seeds, I think you are entering your end of life for the plant and its going to start to fade and this might be how its looking atm given the medium is nicely fortified.
I would give it a week or two more and monitor it, If it keeps foxtailing then just harvest it, can't control the heat outdoors, make notes it would be better as an indoor strain to try again in the future. I bet indoors it would have bulked up a bit more and had a thicker nug structure and growing pattern. Good looking plant none the less!
