Compost tea is the key!! Buy a bubbler, a cheap one, and put organic things on water and let it bubble for 24h. Banana skins are great!! Without bubbles you may dry it and grind to put around 5cm top soil. Eggs on oven become Calcium carbonate, great too. Any fruit skin is rich in nutrients, just dry and use. Also, my favorite is beet, grind it and let on water, will become a strong purple water. Bones on oven are great for phosphorous too.

Banana peals only contains about 78mg of potassium. vs the fruit around 480mg. vs a whole baked potato with skin on aorund 1000mg. If you where to ferment them with lets says a bokashi system and then bury that into the medium it could be good. but it would not be readily available right away. Green Sand is another option for a natural potassium source or some desalted seaweed extracts. Or just compost :D Calcium is a bit easier, bone meals or soaking egg shells in a acid to let it dissolve, takes time but it works. The stronger the acid the faster its dissolved. sulphuric acid would work well if you have access to some. If not vinegar or phosphoric acid will do. Good Luck!
