How make perfect start? GHR Tripart soft water

I made different buffer, and drainage was 250 till 350ppm, but flower grows only for sizes like on photo and dont want grow after 1 or more weeks. How it make perfectly for coco substrate? I have calmag and flora,micro,bloom ghe tripart. I use it for feeding and buffer

Please make sure the grower whose advice you take actually exists... there were two fake accounts that had been created and which now have been removed. It's probably half dead already, live and learn and start another in a SMALL pot and let it grow until the ROOTS hold all the soil together before you POT UP to this final size. It will help a lot. In the first 2 weeks they don't really need nutrients generally.

Clones need a humidity dome, seedlings with leaves don't. Despite GrowingGrannie wrongly advising that seedlings do yesterday, but that's nothing new for her to advise in a way that will have a detrimental effect on grows. Good luck there.
