I made different buffer, and drainage was 250 till 350ppm, but flower grows only for sizes like on photo and dont want grow after 1 or more weeks. How it make perfectly for coco substrate? I have calmag and flora,micro,bloom ghe tripart. I use it for feeding and buffer

It's probably half dead already, live and learn and start another in a SMALL pot and let it grow until the ROOTS hold all the soil together before you POT UP to this final size. It will help a lot.
In the first 2 weeks they don't really need nutrients generally.

Clones need a humidity dome, seedlings with leaves don't.
Despite GrowingGrannie wrongly advising that seedlings do yesterday, but that's nothing new for her to advise in a way that will have a detrimental effect on grows.
