This baby is 2 weeks? If it's an auto then 300 ppm and 5.8 ph. If it's a photo 400 ppm and 5.8 ph. Increase 100 ppm every week until you hit 600 to 650 on an auto or 800 on a photo..

I started feeding them a couple of days ago! the ppm of my tap water is 100-110 ! I added fertilizers and made ppm 250-280

No diary = no information. What pH are you maintaining? Since I would assume you're not feeding this little one quite yet, the pH is the only thing that can be causing this. In DWC, you need it to be between 5.5 and 6.5 - 5.8 would be ideal. Start there... and start a diary!
