Very visible from the photos that the seedling is Damping off, which probably happened from the soil being too moist, unfortunately, there is no healing for damping off the lower stems of the seedlings collapse and the seedlings fall over onto the soil surface and then they die.

Hi! I can assure you that it won't survive, so young and with that rot it won't last another two days.. you might as well start over, remember that it's better to start with moist soil and not water for a few days while the plant grows, and when you see that the soil is dry, you can mist it with water, until the beginning of the second week of vegetative :) this way you avoid too much moisture from rotting the stem! When I germinate directly in the pot, I moisten the soil well, cover it with plastic wrap, and wait for it to break through the soil before removing the wrap. After that, I usually water again after another 3-4 days :)

Hey Growmie, it does look like a problem that has been caused by overwatering, but with the other symptoms your plant is showing, I would also say there is something going on at the root level… Cannabis may appear overwatered or droopy Curling or cupping of leaves Wilting – either individual stems wilt or the whole plant may wilt Leaf yellowing Brown spots / Burnt spots Other strange nutrient problems Brown or slimy roots – this is often a sign of root rot Smelly runoff water (smells rotting or musty) Leaves may start dying and falling off rapidly Plants drink much less water than usual All of these are connected with watering too often, or before the medium has dried out enough. You could try to repot that plant in some fresh soil, increase drainage by adding perlite, and water the edges of the pot to allow the roots to seek the water and not be suffocated by it. Good luck Growmie!

How about a diary here... it would help! My gut says you're watering her too much and rotting the stem... take some dry soil and pull it up around her a little bit to give her strength and don't give her any water until the soil is completely dry... She's got a wonderful bit of foliage on her so the stem is not completely rotten and you have a really good chance to help her out... when you DO water, don't water right up next to the stem - water AROUND her... that way, you encourage the roots to go looking for water and the soil right next to the stem will get SOME moisture but not enough to rot her... And please don't overwater - overwatering is the state of being constantly wet and has nothing to do with the amount of water given... Start a diary... and good luck!
