There is no white hair

The top of the leaves is a little curly, and there is no white hair in the third week of flowering. My lamp is Hps 600w. Is the light too strong to grow white hair?

Why don't you have a diary for this grow? You're assuming here, with your question, that the issue has something to do with your lights... why don't you suspect your nutes? pH? EC? Temps? Watering? Humidity? If you get a "no" answer here (and I have no clue as to why there are no white pistils), will you then come back and ask about one of those other factors? Why not put together a diary - go back as far as you can but at least reconstruct the past week - and then ask your question...

No smell from buds at all Problem: No smell at all. Problem occurred in 7th week (3rd week of flowering) and bough, leaves started to grow again. Fatting of bud is slow. Dwarf Autoflowering indoor, 9th week, Ph-6.1, Temperature: 26-30(Day ), 20(Night) Lighting :400WT Ledgrow

I don't have a PH meter, just some test strips. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive meter I can get in the UK? There's a bit of yellowing on some leaves (see my diary entry on week 8) Buds seem to be developing a bit slow Should I switch from 24 hr to 20/4 or 18/6 ?

Wtf happened?Wondering if anyone can help me understand why one plant grew out so stretched and with unformed buds while the other from same seed packet appears normal. Is this just a weird pheno? The strain (NLTxGelato) is a new one so I'm not sure how stable the genetics are.
