There is no white hair

The white hairs your talking about are better known as Pistils. they are part of the plants reproductive anatomy. It looks to me there are some in the one photo. I wonder if the room to light is to close and they are drying up to fast to last or the genetics of the plant just don't product that much. Like grannie suggested starting a diary with all the relevant info can help users better find solutions to your problems. Otherwise its a blind shot in the dark on somethings. Good Luck!

Why don't you have a diary for this grow? You're assuming here, with your question, that the issue has something to do with your lights... why don't you suspect your nutes? pH? EC? Temps? Watering? Humidity? If you get a "no" answer here (and I have no clue as to why there are no white pistils), will you then come back and ask about one of those other factors? Why not put together a diary - go back as far as you can but at least reconstruct the past week - and then ask your question...
