a blotch or 3 on an older, lower leaf... i'd wait to see more before reacting. the plant looks healthy and this looks very isolated. plus, only a few things leave that sort of symtom and the area of plant and the type of things that cuase it are unusual or doesn't fit location on plant. (light burn / boron deficiency) as leaves age or get shielded from light more, they change and sometimes get a bit ugly.. maybe even see them get a little mottled. older leaves don't photosynthesize as efficiently at some point but still more than any other green surface on the plant. Ensure your pH is proper -- what you give and slap a ph strip into the runoff too... runoff will never be accurate, but it'll give a gist. (it's a weighted average of what was in teh soil and what you added plus some other dynamics that cloud the reading too... so as longn as not significantly different, no worries)...

It looks to me like you've got some insect chewing on your leaves... Pretty sure it's something some BT (bascillus thuringiensis) would take care of quick time... highly doubt it's anything like thrips or spider mites or aphids or whiteflies that would require some Spinosad... The BT is organic and you can pick it up at any garden center or from Amazon... spray it on the leaves just before lights out, whatever it is will come along and take another bite but then will decide to have dinner elsewhere and go off and die.. end of problem. Good luck!
