More likely its thrips. I am nuts, all spinosad and other stuff is a big no no in my mind, have allergy to everything, so i went with natural predators in my grows, never risked with any organic or non organic solutions ... Neem oil was biggest stupidity, left aftertaste, or i applied it wrong, check this page, maybe you have alternative in your country https://www.dragonfli.co.uk/collections/thrips

Hey there ze1yk, I would recommend using Neem Oil and a spray bottle. Make sure to spray the undersides of all the leaves to kill the mites. Do so during lights out, as the lighting will probably burn the plants while wet with solution. Repeat in about 7 days to kill the hatched eggs.

Do you possibly use a humidifier with tap water?

Well, it doesn't really matter what KIND of insect you've got munching away there - it can be thrips, spider mites, whiteflies or aphids - my go-to is either Dr. Zymes Eliminator (my first choice) or Spinsosad (if you can't get Amazon to deliver Dr. Zymes where you live).... both are organic, both can be used, if necessary, straight through to harvest without leaving a taste or doing any damage to buds... and both will kill all stages of the pest - eggs, larvae and adult... Just use as directed spraying just before lights out. Make sure you get the top and bottoms of all leaves as well as the stem and branches... The insects will be gone but those white marks will not... Good luck...

1 Liter warm water 1 Tablespoon Neem Oil concentrate 1/4 teaspoon of castille soap Mix them together very well and cover your plant with it. It will tear down mite webbing and cover the little buggers, suffocating them in the process. Tops and bottoms of leaves, stems, stalks, everything. Completely saturate the plant. Once this grow run is done, clean everything and wait a couple weeks before you start another cycle. If you have house plants, make sure to treat them too. If you don't get rid of them from your whole house or growing area, they'll just keep coming back.
