You don't have a diary so any advice is going to be a shot in the dark I'm afraid... Just looking at the pictures, this is what I see: your plant is terribly TERRIBLY dry. The leaf tips indicate either you're giving too much nitrogen (if you're feeding it at all) or the soil is just not good... But that's all I can see...
If you ARE feeding, you're not giving enough water between feedings and the nutes are not being flushed from the soil and are building up along with salts... Soak this poor plant - water it enough so that there is some runoff and let the pot sit in the runoff for a few minutes to see if the soil will soak it back up... if it does, give her more water - keep doing that until no more water is being soaked back into the pot and then throw the runoff away. Let her dry until the top inch or two is dry before giving her nutes but again, make sure you're getting some runoff (although at this point you don't have to see if the soil will soak it back up).
