Is there any deficiency in my plants nutes? This particular plant has greenish yellow fan leaves, and i want to make sure I’m not missing anything. Does anyone know what this might be?

Older leaves are yellowing, brown/red rusty spots, dying tissue, red stems.Older leaves have brown/red rusty spots and looks like dying tissue in between the veins.
Burnt tips, and yellowing leaves.
The soil was really dry and my PH meter was 0.4 too high.
I gave each plant 3L of water with EC: 0.0 PH: 6.4 to check runoff.
Runoff was PH: 6.1 EC: 0.82y ago

Tent temp and rh issues!!!Seeds just germinated and placed in tent, temp and RH is are off 84f° and RH 30% I have plastic bags over my sole cup any advice on fixing this issue. Day 49 yellow leavesIs it normal for the leaves to turn this yellow with burnt tips at day 49 of flower. I cut the nutrients about 4 days ago and the leaves have yellow out for the pure kush this much but not really for the Dos Si Dos 33. The pure kush also looks like it has at least 3 weeks to go?Week 16
