I use a vivosun grow system and am looking for recommendations on settings for the seedling, vegatative and flowering stage. I can set things like light intensity and for how long, duct fan, and circulation fan. I'm using preset now but am open to recommendations for the setting

Use only 75% of nutrient strength per gal i.e if it calls for 15ml per gal only use 11ml. 5gal fabric pots hold moisture for about 4 days. If your doing DWC use 50% nutrient strength because that's from their hydroponic line of nutrients. Also don't forget to use Drip Clean with the coco/soil based mediums, It's very important. When you water the soil/coco make sure to have run-off from the bottom, for example my current Diary (G.S Cookies) gets 1gal each per my 4 gal fabric pots and I'm currently watering them every 4 days. In regards to your lighting make sure to use appropriate LUX. Get a cheap LUX meter from Amazon this is very important. Seedling(s): 9-15k Veg: 15-25k Flower: 30-45k (I do 40k until the bud is fully formed than I do 45k) Try not to go over 50k LUX while in Flower, It could bleach your buds and also possibly give you foxtails especially with LED's. Not good... Temps: Do not go over 84f in your grow area. 76-79f is ideal during the day. Try to do a 5f+ drop during night though. Humidity: I set mine to 40%, I use a controller controlling 2 1gal fog/mist humidifiers. Do not go below 35% humidity. Wind/Breeze/Air Flow: "Wind" can ruin everything.... Always use a oscillating fan, do NOT put a fan directly on them it will cause Wind Burn, this one thing ruined 2 plants from my first Diary. I thought it was at first too much water than too much nutrients than I eventually figured it out. Just make sure the plants jiggle ever so slightly at the least every 10 seconds. What I do is I stand there stare at a plant and watch and wait for it to barely jiggle. I hope this helps and good luck :) -Garik Damian Fox
