Hello Luiso,
first I think you need to adjust the pH value, 6-6.5.
Leave that for now with fertilizing.
They need air and humidity at around 60% or more.
I recommend flushing with water that has the adjusted pH value.
If you want to know exactly, you should also check the EC value.
