Keep to just water for the first two weeks unless you have some root aiding microbes and bacteria such as Advanced Nutrients Voodoo Juice.
If you have something like this, mix the instructed amount on the bottle with about a glass of water.

HOW TO USE :
Root Booster is very powerful : for best results, use on cuttings, seeds and re-potted plants for 15 days, then switch to Fulvic to stimulate abundant root hair growth.
During rooting and vegetative stages only. Dilute to use as a foliar spray or add to water or nutrient solution :

So I would only use it for the first 15days like they suggested. even as a seed soak, and maybe on transplant days as well if you plan on transplanting them.

More soak for more runoff for bigger pots?I'm watering with 2l of RO/nutes every 48-72 hours, depending on moisture of soil. Estimate about 10-15% of this is runoff.
