Coco nutrients help with PPM/PH

CocO: The nutrients i give are: 600ppm. @6.3 PH
THE RUNOFF IS: 200ppm @ 5PH
1ml/L calmag and 1ml/L floraNova bloom. The runoff is only 200? Should i feed more ? The plants are nice and green but are looking wilted at times. WHAT should i do?
Flush and add more nutes ?
