Yes you should start feeding at around 2 weeks but nothing to worry about right now as long as you start soon.
If you already have a feeding chart you're following just go with it. If you have the bottles only, follow the instructions on the bottle. I suggest you get a feeding chart for the nutrient brand you're using. Most of them have a bunch of "extra" nutrient bottles... You don't need to go and buy every one of them, start with the basics, do your research and buy the ones you think are best.

Yes, giving your are in a coir soil perlite mix the soil will only hold so much.
I would give them a light feeding of liquid nutrients and see how their fair.
Remember autos can go into shock from to much fertilizer so don't over do it.

For those outdoor growers running liquid nutes (fox farm specifically) or really any nutes when do you typically switch to flowering nutrients?When do you outdoor growers that use liquid nutrients start switching to flowering nutes? When to switch from late flowering to maturation?I stopped LST in the 6th week. then I observed buds are fattening up really fast since I entered 8th week. now is week 10. Introducing nutrients to seedlings? Using future harvest 3 part micro grow and bloomI have 3 plants that are roughly 3 weeks since planted and want to start feeding nutrients.
