I need some advice. ive just had to bin my second grow due the weed seeding. I dont know what caused it last time but it seems I grew a male plant from a seemingly feminised seed. Last time there was no males but still ended up with seeds am I doing something wrong?

Only time I had seeds is when i overdid it with light . Excessive light can stress them . Especially with the new white light LEDs, they are very powerful . If your VPD isn't in check then excessive light will stress them even more. Genetics can also play a part. Always go with the best seedbanks. I've never understood people using cheap seeds. Your growing it for 3 months make sure you have top genetics.

Generally...........cheap seeds from generic breeders = crap results. But without a diary and/or much more details, impossible to say for sure what is going on.

Hermi plants happen when a plant is overly stressed. Some plants are really sensitive, and the smallest stress will cause it. I would recommend trying different genetics or breeders.

Did you clean everything well before you started the 2nd grow cycle? Or did you get the seeds from a reputable sources cos loose seeds from people on ebay ect will be from hermie plants and they will have a real high chance of being hermie plants It's a pain to get seeds I have had the issue myself Especially when it costs so much money to grow in first place to be full of seeds and not great to smoke is a nightmare Make sure that you clean everything really good before you start over and keep a real eye on your plants but make sure that you get seeds from a good seed bank in commercially packaging Happy growing and sorry for your loss

It could be the genetics themselves. Some are very prone to herm. Example, Sour diesel. The strain known around the world, is super hard to grow and Is very easily stressed and hermed. Also if you have any hemp farms near you, or outdoor grows within a few miles.. bees could be bringing them to your plants. If your buying weed that has seeds and are grinding with your hands I've heard it can transfer to yours and cause them to herm. True... idk? Many things from environmental conditions based on the strain your growing some prefer warm some cold.. so on so forth. Learn the strain you have and get conditions dialed in if indoors. If outdoors think about using a small make shift greenhouse to protect from bees pollinating yours and turning male. Goodluck. Please consider selecting me as answer so I can be eligible to win grower of the month contest. Cheers 😃

From all i grew indoors, only once with RQS i got hermie plants, think you are doing something wrong. Hard to guess what when no info is given.
