Not seeing the clawing in the photo, but that doesn't mean it isn't happening, we've talked about this plant before and it still looks like it has too much nitrogen, Nitrogen toxicity in plants results in clawed, shiny, and abnormally dark green leaves, slow growth and weak stems. Your going to have to back off the nitrogen and you might want to consider a flush to get rid of unwanted salts that are being built up in the soil this will help also.
