Peyronie's Disease is a serious condition. Nobody likes a bent moby dick. The lower shielded leaves twisting to get hit by more light could be normal. The twsited new growth as well as the clawing points toward soemthing nutrient related. Twisted new growth usually relates to a trace element, but that's a rare thing. So, is pH drifting? easy to eliminate that as a possiblity. Leaf tips curling can be caused by more than one thing. It;s difficult to judge the color of your leaves under those grow lights. Even full spectrum grow lights are difficult to see leaves accurately. Whatever is going on it's slowly progressing, so don't overreact too much. Ensure pH is good, maybe drop N 5-10% without changing the other nutes too drastically from what was given before. Can re-assess in 7-10 days assuming it doesn't take a nosedive.

I don't think that's anything to worry about. the leaves will move aorund a bit from temp and PH fluctuations or even RH but that plant looks nice and healthy to me.

Honestly the plant is looking very healthy. What May have happened is the soil got too dry at one point and since our nutrients we add are salt based, the first place to show the nutrient burn from lack of water is at the tips of the leaves since it’s the furthest part away from the stems/stalks(water source). My guess is one day the media was a bit dry and you are seeing that now in slightly burnt tips. Hope this helps.

In general, your plant looks very healthy at first. If there is too much nitrogen, your leaves and especially your leaf tips will turn a very dark green colour compared to the normal leaves. I don't necessarily see that in your case. Another possibility is to check your light and the distance to the plant. If you use a fan, you should make sure that your leaves don't get windburn, which also leads to "claws" on the tips of your leaves. It is important not to overreact or flush the plant at such mild signs, this can cause more damage than cure. Keep an eye on your pH value and check that the light, amount of water and other conditions are right. Observe the whole thing for a few days and see if it improves. Happy Growing!
