It might be a touch pale but if you're taking photos under your grow light that can make them look washed out too. Always judge plant color under natural lighting. Paling during early flower is a common problem though. Swapping to a flowering nutritional regimen can often bottom out nitrogen too early during the stretch, leading to pale leaves. Careful chasing it though, it's better to be a touch light on nitrogen than to go too much during flower.
