I have a herm plant growing like this right now. It could still be salvageable.
What I've been doing with mine is plucking the balls off as I see them. My hermie is actually growing out female flowers, so it's possible your plant could still grow fully female flowers even if shows herm traits. I also sprayed it with Optic Foliar Switch which is a product designed to keep your plants from herm, and I've heard stories of it sorta reversing a herm. I will say a few days after I sprayed it, the plant did pop it's first female sex parts on the upper sites - not sure if it was correlated.
Really depends on if you wanna spend extra time examining your plant to try and save it or not and if you're willing to deal with the possibility of some seeds in your bud, which imo isn't the worst thing in the world.
