looks like something might have been on the leaves when lights came on, do you spray your plants with anything? The bigger leaves are showing some signs as well, maybe Mg maybe N, want to confirm what your feeding is complete and enough for the plant. and if it is, then next step is to confirm if PH is on point. ....[][][]....
