Hello people how's everyone hope the holidays are well....I'm having an issue with my grow my leaves mostly the older ones are getting these small spots all over the leaves and the tips are burning the spots look like burns or something

are you watering with tap water? whats the ph of your water and test the run off and see what the ppm is

Looks like either a bug problem or a cal mag problem have you checked the underside of the leaves for creepy crawlies? Depending on your system I would advise first checking the PH then if thats normal I would feed her some cal mag if you have it not much then see what happens in the next few days :) best of luck I'm sure you will sort it :)
