depends on where you live. with normal temperatures it should be enough to get the air out of the window, directly or with ventilating the room a few times each day. if you live in a hot area you will most likely have to get an AC. A LED should give you like 4-5°C more at 100%, so not that much.

Well you can spread that heat out in a larger space ("lung room" immediately outside tent) or exhaust it outside / isolated area away from lung room. Outside of that you can use a portable AC. A light in a 2x2 shouldn't be too hot relative to even a small-ish room. If you live in a hot area, you need AC or just struggle through it. Grow in cold season. Have the lights on at night.
