now, go google image search male marijuana pollen sac. Compare. If familiar with both you cannot confuse them. Male sex organs are distinctly different very early in development. their outer envelope is segmented in several places where it will eventually split open later revealing a ring of anthers that will definitely heavily pollinate anything nearby at that stage. It will project out from stem on a "twig" vs resting snugly in nook of growth node. Calyxes have 2 white hairs. this would be the last thing you see, but still plenty of time before any viable pollen is possible. Get familiar.. it's night and day once you know what each look like. When you can barely see it with your eye, it is difficult, but it is easily distinguishable long before any potential pollen production.
