1.2-1.5 EC .. ppm from tds pens are calculated numerous ways.. therefore the numbers could be very confusing depending on which equipment you used. Use EC. It is the same measurement regardless of equipment used. If you calculated ppm from guaranteed analysis labels, that is okay too. if that's the casee, 600-750ppm. If you tightly control environment and supplement CO2 up to 1200-1300ppm, you can probably go higher. it will match the accellerated growth potential. 1-1-2 npk ratio and 4-2-1 K-Ca-Mg with S around 100ppm and trace elements likely included in your hydro nute base prodcut.. at an overall concentration around 1.2-1.5 EC is a great place to start, then small adjustments based on observations. the symptoms will be very easly discernable from this starting point, if you see any at all. We can only allow it to reach its genetic potential.. we cannot force or cause anything beyond that... what we do amounts to no stepping on our own dicks or flaps vs some special method that can polish a turd into a diamond. what we do is 5-10% of the total.

Your ppm is too high my guy.... It should be about 500-600 right now for your girl in veg but every nutrient line has a preferred ppm for each week. Still that's too much.

Lower your ph to 6.0 and add a calmag product. Because its under an LED light it uses up a bit more calcium and magnesium I tend to find.

Top plant magnesium. Bottom - calcium. Plus both has signs of nitrogen toxicity aka overfeeding. I am soil grower. So no solutions. In soil you would get first with overwatering easy, second with wrong ph. Thats most common mistakes in soil that leads to such look.
