Flushing soil

Artizzmo1
Artizzmo1started grow question a year ago
Week 3 of flower using Fox Farm soil and tri, cal mag and root Inoculant. I think I had some lockout so I flushed with "Sledgehammer" 3 weeks ago, using 1.5 gallons of solution p/p for 4 G plants. Do you all flush your soil? Is it necessary and am I doing it correctly?

Unless you fuck up in a major bad way, there is no need to ever flush "mid grow".

if you "have" to do it often, it's definitely self-inflicted. Needing to do it occasionally is pretty typicala with soil. it's fox farm, so the instructions are way out of balance and "hot." the canopy is likely to be damaged in flower most of the time unless you've learned some esoteric method through trial and error - a long learning curve, in general, for no reason. Well, they instruct you to do it this way for greed. i'm not a fan of soil that that is a personal preference. FF sucks.. that is a well-fortified opinion, lol. they instruct insanely high levels of fertilization and their soil comes with huge chunks of lumber in it and nowhere near enough perlite (or similar). Not a fan. They are as shady as AN.
