hello, i am growing in plagron batmix soil +15% plagron substrate soil. what fertiliser do you recommend for growth? black flies have started to fly, i have spread stickies. is there any spraying?

I used Beauveria (Watering to the pot) to deal with them last time/switched with Fipronil 5% ( it used to be used with Thrips but it worked, I didn't spot them after a 1months of war)
