Looks low on N based on pattern of paling leaves.
If the discoloration is caused by soemthing, it'd most likely be a K-deficiency, as that first presents in the margins and tips around the leaf. Looks reddish to me, so seems more likely to be natural plant pigmentation or fall colors due to temps/end of life approaching. Some plants put out some exotic colors, although rare.
