You should anchor the base of the plant to the side of the pot. To prevent it uprooting when you bend the main top down.

Agree with @HeaveyHittah, need to support the base of the plant in the opposite direction of the LST. I attempted LST on my plants with this grow and it slightly pulled up the base, most notable in week 9 day 63 "both" picture where if you zoom in you can see the jiffy pellet is slightly pulled up. Big fan of LST after this grow, really helped to keep my canopy even and I can see the benefits moving forward. Best of luck to you!

You know the old saying, "there's more than one way to skin a cat." Well it's true will LST as well. You're basically working with the structure of the plant and manipulating it to achieve an even canopy. You're at a good start by taking the main stem and bending it over. Now if some part of the plant starts growing taller or faster than the other you can bend that stem to slow it down and regain your even canopy if that makes sense. Happy growing!
