lower the room temperature your tent is in, either with opening a window or with an air conditioner.
maybe with exhaust fan on a higher level, so more air gets in and out, but if your room temperature is high this will not help much.

Move the hot air out and replace it with cooler air. If you can't cool the air then you just need to move it out.
I am lucy and have AC, if I did not have a room AC unit I would just run the fan faster.

As Wicket and AsNoriu said really. If you don't have an extraction fan running then your grow is doomed to fail. If your extracting the air into the tent room then that room will get warm and in turn heat up the tent.
