There's nothing wrong with leaves touching the soil. Shit i have leaves that are half buried in coco from the displacement due to watering. Don't worry about it.

Close contact with soil, nothing to worry at this point. These leaves can be pruned at the tips or removed when the next set of nodes appear. Happy growing!

By my experience this was when my bottom leaves were to close to the medium. Humidity fluctuation + touching the soil makes the leaves go a bit goofy If you want them to stretch a little u can raise the light otherwise don't be bothered too much by it.

Most likely just a bit of minor damage from hitting/rubbing on the soil surface, especially at night when the leaves have dropped down.

That plant is pretty healthy. Don't be too concerned about some goofiness in the bottom leaves. Keep your pH between, well, i used to say between 6 and 7 but that's me being a bit lazy. In coco i'd say between 5.8 and 6.8. Personally i shoot for 6.2 pH in Coco because calcium is most available at that pH value. That could be nothing to worry about honestly. Could just be a little wobble from a pH fluctuation when you watered. Just keep an eye on her. Feed a balanced feed of nutrients when you feed, and keep the pH where i mentioned. Looks decent to me.
