I have another light it's Spider Farmer and I wanted to know if it's ok to introduce my seedlings to it along with my light I'm currently using?? Will it shock them being so young? Or should I wait till they get a few leaves ??

I think it depends on how far your lights are from seedlings. Too much light will kill your seedling for sure but seedlings doesnt count your growlights.

nope you can mix lights ive never seen it cause anyone any problems. it wont shock them at all youll be fine :) best of luck for new grow :D
