Well, it's the first time I'm making pollen with large quantities, 116g of pollen. I've made small batches before, but never like this.
I need help; it took a long time to make 116g, and the pollen gained a bit of moisture. Because of that, it developed a weird smell. What should I do? Before pressing it.

You need to heat the kief up. I’d take parchment paper or baking paper and heat up water into a glass bottle and using gloves roll the kief in the parchment paper and repeat until you achieve desirable results.
