You should buy a dehumidifier based on the size of the room the tent is in. Going bigger is usually a benefit so it doesn't run continuously and struggle to keep up.
I have a 50pt dehum and it can barely keep up with 40sq ft of plants in winter with the furnace on. That room in teh winter is 62-64F / 28% RH base. Lights and plants it's 73-76F and at the worst point in cycle I struggle to keep RH at 55% and below. I should have bought a larger dehum. Occasionally i have to remove some leaf mass to reduce transpiration (source of moisture in air above 28%).
Consider growing only in a season where all your equipment and plants equal out to a good environment with least amount of additional effort. Avoid humid seasons. Avoid the cold or embrace it, etc. Whatever works for your context. When i grew 1/3rd the area of plants in late summer, I couldn't keep up with humidity from day 1. So, i stopped growing in late summer. Scaling up has great benefits too.. economies of scale.. time off.. lots to like.
