drastic ph shifts can cause warped growth (varying rates of growth over time). Looks like a suboptimal root zone too. Is that mud, peat and a sprinkle of perlite? Consider doing somethign different for rootzone.. more perlite.. better drainage and aeration. Super heavy, super saturated is not the best option, unless my eyes are deceiving me with your pictures. If it's light and fluffy, that's fine, but coudl still be a pH issue. Easy to rule that out without doing anything too intrusive.

Twisted leaves can be a symptom of some kind of stress but (e.g. light) but in my opinion it can be just... nothing. I experienced some plant with the early leaves twisted that fixed by itself after about a week ( see here an example: growdiaries.com/diaries/185080-grow-journal-by-goldenweedgrower/week/1051874 ), so my advice in this case is to wait a little bit and see what happen. You should also keep under control the clear spots on the leaves. Good Luck ! 💪💪💪
