White small flies??? What it is?

you answered your own question yup they are white flies little buggers like humid spots. the below grower is right some soap water will kill them of and you can use predatory bugs but keep in mind if you use bugs then you need to make sure they have food and stuff otherwise they will just die out :( best of luck buddy.

Fire will do it... get soem concnetrate pyrethrine and mix up a kill-on-contact spray.
