Looks like lack of phosphorus.i am doubting is it potash, but potash goes more black colour of necrosis, this reminds me of phosphorus, they entered flowering ?

Looks like she needs a bit more micro nutes. If your dropping grow from tri part then the micro should be half of the Bloom amount.
