asymmetrical growth refers to a single branch from growth nodes (alternating axis) on stem as opposed to pairs of branches from 1 growth node. just to avoid confusion in future.
the discoloration looks like verigattion, if not caused by whatever is going on here...
leaf mutation as far as weird fingers popping off in odd direction.
the twisting could be physical damage or part of the mutation.. could even be due to swinging pH values that cause differing growth rates, which results in a warped leaf.
you will have to eliminate the possibilities with more info at your fingertips than what was given here.
could even be some grossly off-balanced nutrient ratio, but .. think you just got a retard plant - my best guess with insufficient information.
