Need help with this! Asymmetrical new growth and odd coloration that looks to me like possible TMV?

What could be the cause of this? the leaves within the center, where the new growth is developing are really morphed in a weird way. its asymmetrical. could it be TMV or genetics? I was thinking calcium def as you can see some speckle dots at the edge of one of the leaves.

TMV is so rare, that it is almost impossible to get. Your plant will be fine, you have nothing (real) to worry about, young seedlings often start out a bit strange.

asymmetrical growth refers to a single branch from growth nodes (alternating axis) on stem as opposed to pairs of branches from 1 growth node. just to avoid confusion in future. the discoloration looks like verigattion, if not caused by whatever is going on here... leaf mutation as far as weird fingers popping off in odd direction. the twisting could be physical damage or part of the mutation.. could even be due to swinging pH values that cause differing growth rates, which results in a warped leaf. you will have to eliminate the possibilities with more info at your fingertips than what was given here. could even be some grossly off-balanced nutrient ratio, but .. think you just got a retard plant - my best guess with insufficient information.

Its just a mutation i think buddy i dont think its anything you have done some plants can grow wiered though they can still turn out to be really nice plants dont give up hope hehe it could also be an imblanace in your ph or nutrients but i think its just a mutation :) best of luck buddy.
