Check carefully for bugs..........thrips/white flies/aphids.

Hi buddy does not look like mildew to me erm has anything got spilled on it like feed ? it does not look serious anyway im sure she will power through whatever it is :) best of luck buddy

Some looks like ph swing and calcium isuues, but some reminds thrips.
Check bottoms of leaves for pests.
