Yes and no it depends on youor air exchange rate. the problem with growing in small spaces is one of humidity plants give off alot of it when they are large. if you have a good intake and outtake this wont be a problem and if you use training methods like topping and such and can control the size of the plant you will have a better shot at pulling it off. high humidity will attract mold, fungai and all sorts of nasty incests. you can make it work buddy just keep eye on it some people grow in buckets so its surley possible.
