Impossible to tell from this photo. As a rough guide that is easy to gauge and is quite reliable, harvest the plant when the pistils are 95-98% browned off. This usually coincides with 10-30% amber trichomes.

Trichomes are not the most important thing to look at. The most important is to break down all the nutrients, particularly the Nitrogen. Harvesting green plants full of Nitrogen and chlorophyll is not the best thing to do. Give them a few more days, don’t worry about the trichomes, harvest only when the plants leaves mostly turned all yellow.

Its completely upto you like jimmy has said it all personal preferance though keep in mind cannabis will bulk up most in the last few weeks of flowering and the window is quite large you can harvest after flowering for upto 20 weeks ive seen someone growers do before i wouldnt advise that lonf but find a good balance of amber and cloudy with large trich heads and you should get some really nice bud. the reason the flowers plump up more in the last few weeks is because they are searching for male pollen and the bigger the bud the more surface area for a pistil to be polinated and reproduce she obv wont get that pollen but yeah you want her to think she is but iots completely upto you a good rule of thumb i have found is if you add two weeks to the breeders guidelines your usually not tthat far off the actua harvest date. best of luck anyway nice looking plants well done :)

It's all preference. Some like it more milky some like it more amber. If you're showing amber you certainly can. It will continue to ripen during your cure anyway. Once a plant enters the "sweet spot" my decision to chop probably has more to do with when my next day off work is more than anything lol.
